Nirmal Lumpkin enjoys helping clients and students on their path to their highest and healthiest life. She began her study of the body and wellness with extensive training in dance from the age of 3.  Nirmal began to explore the practice of yoga in early 2001.  After taking her first Kundalini Yoga class she felt deeply at home with the practice.  She currently teaches Kundalini Yoga and Meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan in various locations in Minnesota.  She is a Level 2 Certified Teacher (500-hr) with the Kundalini Research Institute and an Professional Trainer of Kundalini Yoga with the Aquarian Trainer Academy.  Nirmal is an engaging and practical teacher and trainer specializing in Physical and Yogic Anatomy and Postures.  

Upon completing her study of dance with a BFA in Dance from SUNY-Brockport (May 2005).  Nirmal decided she wanted to create a life of service. Nirmal went back to school to become a Massage Therapist.  She attended Northwestern Health Science University, a COMTA accredited program (December 2006). She has been nationally certified in massage and bodywork since 2007.  She has completed additional training in Bodywork for the Childbearing Year and Active Isolated Stretching.  And continues to see clients in her private practice. 

Nirmal is passionate about and intrigued with the study of the Human Body in all of it's forms.

Japa K. Khalsa, DOM, is a Kundalini Yoga teacher and Associate Trainer in the KRI Aquarian Trainer Academy. She began her training in Yoga and Oriental Medicine 20 years ago in Chicago. She is a gifted integrative Doctor and her private practice addresses the needs of all ages and types of ailments including pain issues, auto-immunity, skin issues, emotional stress, anxiety, digestive issues, fatigue, headaches, and women’s health.

In 1994, Japa earned a Bachelor of Science from Northwestern University and completed her Master of Oriental Medicine degree at the Midwest College of Oriental Medicine in Chicago in 2001.  She is a visiting faculty member of Depaul University School for New Learning and faculty for the GRD Center for Medicine and Hematology. 

Japa currently teaches yoga at Sacred Kundalini in Santa Fe NM and her classes bring joy and vibrancy to the practice through the power of kriya and her background in theater and dance.

Her treatments combine traditional acupuncture with herbal and nutritional medicine, injection therapy, energy healing and lifestyle counseling.  Japa's work with patients and students emphasizes optimal health and personal transformation through self-care and awareness of the interconnectedness of all life.  Japa is a minister of Sikh Dharma and lives in New Mexico with her husband and son.
